Renters Beware

Because of the housing crises, with people losing their homes, they have to live somewhere and will be forced to rent homes and apartments. When demand for anything goes up, so does the cost.

Landlords who have invested into rental income property just might see the value of those properties go up instead of down like the rest of the housing market. The housing crises will not be over for many more months, maybe even years.
