If not, Central Planning is where a single person or a limited number of people try to tell everybody else what they have to do. Central Planning is what the Soviets do and how Chinese dictators operate and all other dictators like that. Our government has evolved into the same thing in a lot of ways and this could destroy America. America is broke and so deep into debt that it is impossible to ever pay off that debt. If it wasn't a fact that we still have the world's reserve currency, all hell would break out.
