When People Say They...

...bought a home, they really didn't buy it at all. They put some money down and the bank loaned the rest and until they pay off that loan, they don't own it at all. Too many people in America go broke buying the symbols of success: The new house, the car, the furniture, the 'this' and 'that' to make themselves feel rich when in reality they are not. Then when a recession comes along, and they always do, they lose their jobs and everything they paid into.

There are still a lot of people out of work and who knows what will happen in the future. Banks took back over 1,000,000 homes last year and will do the same this year.
